  • WelcomeHealth offers free medical and dental services to qualified patients. Unlike other clinics, we are dedicated to providing free, high—quality care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Our highly trained team of healthcare professionals focuses on patient well-being and continuity of care to ensure the best outcomes.  

  • To qualify for our free services, your household income cannot be more than 200% of the federal poverty level. We provide care regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay.

  • Yes, WelcomeHealth accepts most private insurance plans and Medicaid. We’re committed to providing accessible healthcare to everyone, whether insured or uninsured.

  • WelcomeHealth operates solely through the generous support of foundations, corporations, civic organizations, churches, individual donors, and special events. Unlike government-funded clinics, our annual operational expenses are covered by our local community, allowing us to provide free medical and dental care to qualifying patients.  

  • For Established Patients: Missing four appointments in one calendar year will result in permanent dismissal from our clinic.  

  • Canceling an appointment at WelcomeHealth is simple:  

    • Call Us: Contact our front desk at 479-444-7548 as soon as possible.  

    • Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to the appointment time without penalties.  

    Canceling promptly helps us provide services to other patients in need.  

  • Making an appointment at WelcomeHealth is simple:

    • Call us at 479-444-7548 to schedule for any medical or dental appointment

    • New patients will need to provide financial documentation within 30 days of their first appointment. New patient paperwork can be filled out at or before your first appointment.

    • Established patients can schedule routine visits or inquire about same-day availability for acute illnesses

      • Existing patients may qualify for telemedicine appointments. Please call for more information.

    • For Dental Appointments:

      • Our dental extraction clinic operates every Thursday from 5-8p.m.

      • To schedule call 479-444-7548 on the first Wednesday of the month at 8:30am to find out what days and times are available for that month.
